What You’ll Do
As the implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that implementations are successful by ensuring customer goals, expectations, and deadlines are met.
To be successful, you will have to:

Learn our technology products, along with the similarities and differences of the system our customer is coming from (examples: SmartOffice, Agency Integrator, OneHQ)

Act as the day-to-day lead for customer implementations, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of customer goals and objectives

Maintain and update implementation plan via our project management software and provide constant transparent communication both internally and externally

Review customer provided data throughout the data migration process to ensure it’s in good order before the migration occurs

Communicate back and forth with our development team regarding any changes that need to be made with the customer’s data prior to the customer reviewing their data in their test environment

Serve as a technical expert of our systems and quickly respond to customer’s questions

Ensure we receive a reputation for strong relationship building, customer experience, and service both pre-and-post-system launch

Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

High degree of technical knowledge in applications software, computer hardware, data communications, programming, and systems analysis techniques

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Wrike is preferred

Minimum of two years of software implementation experience preferred

Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required

Ideally, you are located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, or open to relocating here
