What You’ll Do

As a Cloud Support, your main responsibility will be to ensure we have a stable, scalable and well performing Microsoft Azure cloud environment. 


To be successful in this role, you will have to:

  • Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.

  • Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.  Technical issues range from cloud systems to any user device attached to cloud infrastructure.

  • Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.

  • Analyze current client IT infrastructure, database, integration, and application environments.

  • Estimate and outline solution approaches, can express and articulate the architecture and design rationale.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.

  • Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in field.

  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.

  • Basic knowledge of Azure computing technologies and current computing trends.

  • Knowledge configuring & monitoring different Azure attributes and handling scale up/scale down scenarios.

  • Application monitoring through operations insight, application insight

  • Aid in determining best practices around provisioning production and non-production environments on Azure to optimize usage.

  • Performance tuning of cloud-based applications for best performance.
